Steph McNelis

Stephanie McNelis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Since 2007 she’s helped brands communicate through creative and interactive design. From print to digital, her passion to make a difference is reflected in everything she does.

Early on in her career, she began freelancing and created marketing materials for various companies in her hometown. While obtaining her degrees she worked at an Innovation Center where she created environmental graphics, retractable banners, brochures and promotional items to help startup businesses launch their brands. Shortly after, she became the art director and senior designer at ArtFly Design in Corpus Christi. She worked with more than 20 clients on large scale projects which include fence barricades, billboards, window graphics, event collateral, pole banners, multi-page documents and digital and social media advertising.

In 2017, Stephanie was contracted to create collateral for DreamWeek San Antonio such as signage, a schedule of events and overview booklet, social media graphics, eblasts and print ads. Currently, Stephanie acts as the digital specialist for Opportunity Home San Antonio and is responsible for designing digital visuals for the website, infographics, social media and displays at multiple properties across the portfolio. She produces monthly print and digital newsletters that are distributed to various residents across the city of San Antonio. Most recently, she developed the organization’s new visual identity that includes the new logo, exterior signage and an array of templates to empower staff.

In her spare time she freelances for Vive Cosmetics. Stephanie creates all digital and print collateral including, but not limited to, eblasts, social media, packaging design, inserts, post cards and website assets. She recently collaborated with Mo Ranch to create promotional and informational collateral for their summer camp programs.
